We are always on the go so our business is home-based. We love the flexibility of creating custom balloon decorations for our clients at all hours. We do not have a retail store, but we work out of a design room and can be reached via email 24/7 or by phone at 321-872-7513. If you are prompted to leave a message that means, we are creating WOW balloons for another client. Please leave a message. We aim to respond within 48 hours but during busy periods it can take a little longer.
We recommend planning as far ahead as possible, especially during busy times of year such as Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas etc. We have a limited number of orders we can fulfill daily so be sure to get on the schedule.
If you have an event date AND venue, but unsure what kind of balloons you would like to order, you can still reserve the day and time of your event for a $50 fee. Example, it’s April 1st and you know you will be celebrating your parent’s 5oth anniversary August 25, at Some Place Special Venue, 3pm-5pm. This fee is non-refundable but can be used toward your final invoice.
Orders placed less than one week may incur rush delivery fees.
YES, Balloon Bouquets & Beyond, LLC is fully insured. A certificate of insurance is available upon request. To receive a copy please contact us.
Many air-filled balloon designs can last weeks indoors! The longevity of the balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space. All of our helium balloons will float for at least 2-3 days if indoors, but typically much longer! For outdoor balloons we cannot guarantee that balloons will last any specific amount of time when used outdoor. The sun, heat, wind, rain, etc., affects the lifespan of the balloons. Balloons can also be treated with Hi-float.
All of our helium latex balloons are pre-treated with Hi-Float. Hi-Float is a non-toxic sealant used inside of the balloon. It seals the pores and helps latex balloons float five times longer than untreated balloons. It is effective when used indoors, and out of direct sunlight. Hi-
Float time may be reduced considerably in very warm, or exceptionally cool, very humid environments.
We do not support the release of balloons into the environment and would love to work with you to find an alternative way of celebrating.
Balloon delivery charges are quoted based on location, time of day, setup, tear down etc.
All re-usable equipment, including but not limited to lighting, poles, frames, bases etc., are the property of Balloon Bouquets & Beyond, LLC and must remain onsite for pickup at a specified time and date agreed upon with the client. Client is responsible for all losses due to damage, theft, misplacement or vandalism. In the event that our equipment is stolen, misplaced, or damaged the client agrees to be invoiced for the repair or replacement cost of the item(s).
In cases where balloons appear defective, Balloon Bouquets & Beyond, LLC will replace the balloons at no cost if the following conditions are met: a) Customer must notify and advise Balloon Bouquets & Beyond of the problem immediately. b) The defective balloons are on site and available for pick-up when the replacement balloons arrive. c) The balloons were not transported from their original delivery location. d) Performance and Care Guidelines of Balloons Bouquets & Beyond, LLC have been followed.
1. Helium displaces oxygen and carbon dioxide and can lead to asphyxia. Do not breathe helium from a balloon. Helium is not toxic nor flammable but breathing it can result in asphyxiation (loss of consciousness due to insufficient oxygen). WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD – Children under 8 yrs. can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
Yes, clients are allowed to collect their order at a pre-arranged time and date. Please make sure there is plenty of room in your vehicle to safely transport balloons. Balloon Bouquets & Beyond, LLC is not liable for balloons once they are out of our care.
Some of our designs are too large or require special transport and are, therefore, available for delivery only.
After you approve your quote for your balloon decor, we will invoice you to pay online by debit or credit card. No decor is considered scheduled until payment has been received.

The time it takes to install balloon décor varies and is based on the scale of the design. Most of our inflating is done ahead of time so that we can try to keep it to under two hours whenever possible. When selecting a venue, it’s helpful to negotiate for more set-up and delivery time.
Cancellation policy – From the moment you place your order we begin working on your event. We start researching and purchasing supplies to build your decor. We have turned down other work so we could decorate your event.
Once your event is booked, that time slot is reserved for you and supplies for your event are ordered. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS ONLY CREDIT TOWRD FUTURE ORDERS.
We do require payment in full at time of placing order(s) unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Balloon decor is not confirmed until payment has been received. Payments are non-refundable, only transferrable to future orders. If you need help working out the details of your event, we are more than happy to tour your venue with a $250 non-refundable booking fee. This fee will over your initial consultation, site evaluation, research for your decor, and written proposal. If you need to reschedule the delivery/event date, we can apply a credit to future orders providing that notice is given at least 7 days prior to event. If you are rescheduling your event less than days from event, there will be no credits issued and payments will be forfeited.
*PLEASE NOTE – this policy also applies to any event being canceled or rescheduled due to COVID-19* If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least 7 days prior to your event date, and we would be happy to apply all money paid to a future booking. Cancellations less than 7 days from your event can be rescheduled at owners’ discretion.

SEVERE WEATHER POLICY
We deliver rain or shine. In the event of forecasted severe weather, we will contact the customer at least one day prior to delivery to reconfirm, postpone, or cancel the order.
If Balloon Bouquets & Beyond, LLC is unable to deliver an order due to inclement weather, the customer will be notified as soon as possible to arrange rescheduling/credit or cancellation/refund. Balloon Bouquets & Beyond, LLC is not able to change or cancel an order if the request is made on the delivery date, please call us with any questions or concerns.
